Andrea Flack-Wetherald

Andrea Flack-Wetherald has a background in social work & improvised comedy. She is an author, speaker and founder of the Center for Mindful Improv Thinking.


She is passionate about equipping people with the skills to build bridges in disagreement and nurture relationships from a place of courage and authenticity.


Her debut book, The Funny Thing About Forgiveness: What every leader needs to know about improv, culture & the world’s least favorite F word went on to become an Amazon #1 bestseller in Leadership Training, was a 3x recipient of 5-star critical review by Readers Favorite® and is being read and taught around the world. The foreword was written by Colin Mochrie of Whose Line is it Anyway.


Andrea is a graduate of Bluffton University, and lives in Akron, Ohio with her husband, two children and two dogs. She is the Cubmaster of the local Cub Scout Pack, and when she’s not working, you can find her hiking, trail riding or pleading with the neighborhood chipmunks on behalf of her front yard garden.
