How do we do this?
It isn't rocket science. We maintain high standards for who we will send as an instructor to your event. The Radical Agreement Project only hires instructors who have first been selected to teach improv at reputable improv institutions, like UCB, Second City, IO, The Groundlings, Dad's Garage, etc...
You may not know all or some of those institutions, but they are the cream of the crop across the US improv landscape.
If an institution offers you an instructor that a reputable school hasn't trusted with their students, why would you trust your event to them?
They are no barriers for starting an "improv theater" or "improv school". Anyone who knows how to put up a website can do so.
When you hire an instructor from such an institution you may be hiring someone who has only been studying improv for two years or less. You may be hiring someone who is in their first year of teaching who has taught less than ten improv sessions.
